Introducing Improved Service Plan Changes for
Sage Simply Accounting Customers

In an effort to help support our Sage Simply Accounting customers, and to build additional value and consistency into our service plan options, we are making changes to our service plans with the release of Sage Simply Accounting 2011.

The name "SimplyCARE" will no longer be used by Sage as of October 2010. Our new tiered service plan options will be referred to as Sage Simply Accounting Business Care Silver, Gold and Payroll.

The new plans have been simplified and augmented to not only include cost-effective in-house payroll services and knowledgeable customer support, but productivity add-ons for human resources (HR Manager), reporting and finance discounts (including Direct Deposit), along with free online training and discount options - all in an effort to offer additional value to our services and provide our mutual customers with an extraordinary customer experience.

Your Clients:
SimplyCARE customers will be renewed and migrated onto the following Sage Business Care plans. Clients with a November renewal date will be the first clients to take advantage of the new plans.

Complete product and service changes will be posted live on our website at www.SimplyAccounting.com during the first week of October but we are providing a brief Sage Business Care Plan outline below.

What's included in Sage Simply Accounting Business Care?

Pricing
Your clients will retain all of their current SimplyCARE benefits until their plan expires. They will be receiving an email notification next week outlining the changes to the service offerings with the release of Sage Simply Accounting 2011.

The new care plans include additional value, in some cases worth more than $700 in supplementary product and services. Your Pro and Premium clients will see a nominal $20 annual increase to their renewal plan and Enterprise clients will see no increase at all.

Changes to EFT Direct
As this is an important product for a limited number of our customers, we are implementing a nominal fee in order to develop and execute future usability improvements to this product add-on.

There will now be a charge of $50 for the EFT Direct software for First Step, Pro and Premium customers unless they are on a Sage Business Care Gold plan. It will remain Free for SAN members and Enterprise customers.

Discontinuation of Platinum Payroll and Platinum Support Plans
In an effort to streamline our service offerings across all Sage product lines, as well as to simplify service offerings for new clients, Platinum Payroll and Platinum Support offerings will be discontinued. For the minimum number of clients affected by this change, they will continue to enjoy the benefits of these services until their expiration date.

Sage Simply Accounting 2011 Release
Stay tuned for information regarding the release of Sage Simply Accounting 2011 including information on product enhancements, release dates, and installation and activation information. The September Partner Pulse will have important information about "What's New in 2011", information regarding the product download, the new activation process, and live webinars to ensure an informative, smooth product upgrade.
