The Q2 2014 product update availability notification for Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite was sent in an in-product message.
The messaging was in place as of late Thursday, June 26, 2014, for Sage Abra Suite and in place Wednesday, June 25, 2014, for Sage HRMS. All customers and business partners who use these products will see the notification when they launch the products, unless they have turned off this notification.
As a backup, customer alerts were sent to main contacts on Monday, June 23, 2014. Below you will find copies of the alerts:
Sage HRMS customer alert
This product update contains legislative updates for Sage HRMS 2012 (version 10.3x), Sage HRMS 2014 (version 10.4x), as well as a Sage Employee Self Service (Sage EES) (version 10.4x). There is no Sage ESS update for versions 10.2x or 10.3x. If you are a Canadian-only employer, it is optional whether you install this Sage ESS product update.

To download a product update:
- Back up your Sage HRMS and Sage ESS data using your external backup procedure.
- Visit the Customer Portal and in upper right-hand corner click Login, then enter your username and password.
- Select Sage HRMS under My Products in the left menu bar.
- Select your product and version under Browse Products on the left menu bar.
- Enter the correct current quarter and product version that applies to you within the search menu:
