Government-Mandated Changes and Software Updates This notice contains the 2012 year-end updates for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office) and Sage Estimating, in addition to enhancements and fixes. For details about the year-end update and installation instructions, click the link below for your version. To determine the version and update you have installed, open any application. Click Help > About to view the version and update number. Note: Due to the importance of year-end information, we are sending this notification to all known contacts within your organization. Following year-end, we will resume distributing communications to only your primary contact. Technical Assistance at Year End During year-end, it can be hard to reach the Sage Customer Support Call Center as quickly as you need. We recommend utilizing your software’s in-product Help system or the 2012 Year-End Guide to answer your technical questions. Live Chat Did you know that after installing this year-end update, you will now be able to access our Live Chat Support directly from the application (except Desktop)? Simply open Help > Live Chat from the menu, type in your company information and ask your question.
