In the Programs section, the new Sage NPS program now allows partners to gain access to their net promoter score (NPS) and likely to recommend (LTR) scores on a quarterly basis at no charge—and get visibility into what their customers think about them. The NPS score is derived from the annual customer survey we conduct to capture how likely they are to recommend Sage and its business partners to their colleagues and professional acquaintances.
