Introducing the new NPS program webcast series.

Last month, we announced the new Sage NPS program. Please join us on April 28 for a partner webcast when we will review what NPS is, why it’s important, and what the benefits are. Ed Kless and members of the CX leadership team will be presenting in interview style to talk about the Sage NPS program, the process, what the data means and how to utilize it—and what you can start doing to monitor and improve your customer experience.

In an effort to create and maintain delighted customers, Sage surveys all customers annually to capture how likely they are to recommend Sage and its business partners to their colleagues and professional acquaintances. With the new Sage NPS program, partners are now able to tap into this information to gain access to their net promoter score (NPS) and likely to recommend (LTR) scores on a quarterly basis at no charge—and get visibility into what their customers think about them.

Sage Authorized Training Partner program

The Authorized Training Partner program is strategically important as an extension of Sage University—helping Sage reach more customers to provide them with knowledge that increases the value of their investments and achieve greater profitability with Sage products and services.

An authorized training partner may conduct training in a classroom setting, a pilot conference room setting, side by side with the customer, or online.

Sage Certified Trainer Consultant program

Sage consultants can maximize training opportunities by becoming Sage certified trainers. This program is designed for current certified consultants who want to extend their expert product training skills and help Sage customers be more knowledgeable and productive.
