Automation through Sage Intelligence advances business processes

Like many companies, Canon Hygiene S.A. (Pty) Ltd., a Sage X3 customer, was maintaining and managing the reporting of a plethora of data, which was taking up a considerable amount of important management time, which was why Cannon Hygiene looked for something more robust, yet flexible to meet its business reporting needs. Having used Sage Intelligence previously, it was the obvious choice for Chris du Toit, financial assistant at Cannon Hygiene.

The automation of reports and ease with which report dimensions can be adjusted enables Cannon Hygiene to focus on its core business and spend more time analyzing reports than generating them.

“Thanks to this market-leading solution, Cannon Hygiene now has a more efficient reporting system within which reports can more easily be set up.”

Completion of Sage CRM Cloud for Sage 100 and Sage 300 Pilot Program

As you may know from previous communications, Sage has been engaged in a pilot program that allowed a select group of our customers an early access to integrated Sage CRM Cloud for Sage 100 and Sage 300.

Now at the completion of this pilot, we have chosen not to proceed to general availability based on this version of the product. Because customer needs would exceed the intended scope of the project, we will continue to focus on our currently available integrated on-premises Sage CRM for Sage 100 and Sage 300 instead. We continue to be committed to integrated CRM, as well as achieving a greater penetration rate in our Sage 100 and Sage 300 customer bases. We are investing in additional resources to help business partners sell and adopt Sage CRM in FY 2016 and look forward to increased revenue growth.

For any questions about the pilot program or integrated CRM for Sage 100 and Sage 300 contact Chris Ashby, director of product management.
