Please be advised that Q4 product updates will be available for download from Sage Customer Portal at https://Customers.SageNorthAmerica.com no earlier than Friday, December 14, 2012. On availability of the Q4 product updates, Sage will immediately send an alert to customers and channel partners who have active support. You will also find valuable resources for Year-End balancing, Sage HRMS W-2 processing, and Sage Abra Canada T4 processing in the Knowledgebase section on the Sage Customer Portal.
