Announcing the improved Sage Knowledgebase

We're excited to announce the availability of the Sage Knowledgebase, which will provide an improved self-service experience to Sage customers!

 

When customers need help in a hurry, they can quickly access the solutions and information they need on the new Sage Knowledgebase.

 

New features

  • Our new Sage Knowledgebase provides enhanced search and filtering to access the information and articles.
  • Logon access for a more personalized experience is based on the products customers use. They can now create an easily accessible “My Products” list, bookmark favorite articles, and save common searches.
  • Customers are able to browse articles by product, version, and more.
  • The site is available 24/7 and is ideal for common off-hours product questions, hints, and tips.
  • In addition to product support questions, customers can access support features like tax update links, product news, and popular support articles.
  • Articles are able to be shared by email or social media.
  • Support articles can be read and sorted by the most popular or highest rated.
  • An FAQ on how to use the new Sage Knowledgebase is posted on Sage City.

Also, please remind customers that the Sage City online community offers over 20 groups that they can join to ask questions, get product support, and learn more about what Sage products can do for their business. Invite them to join the conversation today at: SageCity.na.sage.com.

Reminder: Sage 100 ERP Electronic Reporting retirement—Now use Federal and State eFiling and
Reporting by Aatrix

As previously announced, the Electronic Reporting module is retiring this year. In the new Sage 100 ERP 2014 release, you will no longer be able to use and print the traditional Accounts Payable Form 1099, Payroll Quarterly 941 Form, or Payroll W-2 Form. You will also no longer be able to create W-2s and 1099 files.

Customers will be able to utilize plain paper printing capabilities of Federal and State eFiling and Reporting powered by Aatrix to manage their payroll forms.

Sage Sell and Sage City

Sage Sell, the Sage sales and marketing enablement website, is now available to Sage HRMS, Sage BusinessWorks Accounting, Sage BusinessVision Accounting, and Sage Construction and Real Estate business partners.

Sage Sell already supports Sage ERP X3 and, Sage 100 ERP, Sage 300 ERP, and Sage 500 ERP sales teams and partners today and is evolving to become the go-to site for all marketing and sales resources available for Sage Mid-Market solutions.

Evolving to become the go-to site for all marketing and sales resources available for Sage Mid-Market solutions, Sage Sell replaced the Partner Marketing Resource Center (PMRC), effective October 31, 2013.

With Sage Sell, you can download the latest sales and marketing resources, keep abreast of upcoming events, learn about the latest news on products, marketing, or channel activities—and direct questions to subject-matter experts. In addition, channel communications will be posted on the Sage Sell site for your reference.

Please register on MySageSell.com to gain access to this site. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation from [email protected] with logon and password details to start using the site.

The Sage Company Store has received a big facelift

Sage has contracted with Pinnacle Promotions to create a new line of Sage-branded products that are now available on the Sage Company Store.



Placing an order: The new company store is easier to navigate and offers over 20 new Sage-branded apparel and merchandise options. While we transition to new products like those now featured on the store under What's New, many of the old designs continue to be available at a discounted price.

The new Company Store is hosted by Pinnacle, and just like the previous provider, you will need to register when visiting the site for the first time. Once you have access, you may place orders using a credit card.
