Sage Abra Suite strives to assist you in many avenues when using Sage Abra Suite.

Help is an online reference tool available any time you use Sage Abra Suite. It is very useful when you need information quickly.

Access the online Help files for additional information on how to use the software. You can also access the online Help by pressing F1 or clicking the Help button in the application.

Select Help > Contents from the main menu in Sage Abra Suite. You can then select to view the Table of Contents, Index, or Search tab for Help on a particular topic or to learn how to use Help

  • You can also click (?) the main Help button in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access the online Help system from anyplace in Sage Abra Suite.
  • Click the context-sensitive Help button in the top right corner of any page to open the online Help topic directly related to the Sage Abra Suite feature you are using. You will have three tabs to select Contents tab is to display the Table of Contents. The Index displays an alphabetical list of Help topics and click on the Search tab to enable a full-text search. All the User Guides/Topics can be printed out and used as you User Manual.
  • Our revolutionary new ViewBuilder will help you dynamically share crucial workforce information with managers and executives in your organization (Employee Self Service/AWC is required).
  • A picture is worth a thousand words. Large, colorful icons represent common tasks and help you find your way around Sage Abra with just a click of the mouse.
  • PDF Guides. Select from a list of PDF guides that contain specific information on applications, modules, reports and procedures and several contain videos to assist you including, "Getting Started" to "Time Off.PDF" files.

In addition, we also have our website that is available 24/7. Using an Internet browser, go to http://www.sagespecialized.com/support/login.asp.

Login to SupportPlus Online or Register if needed. This online Help is set up to allow easy navigation through the topics. Once logged into the website, select Knowledgebase and get answers quickly from our solution center. Example: error "no pay groups available for selection at trial payroll". This will give you the same resolutions and answers that tech support receives to resolve your issues.

For the more complex issues or reports that need to be created we offer our Professional Service Group who will be able to assist you at a reasonable charge. Such as complex Crystal Reports, Data Migration from Fox Pro to SQL, implementation and importing data from other utilities/interfaces and so on.
