Have you visited the new customer portal? Make this a favorite on your Internet Explorer web browser:
https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/. Here you can search the knowledgebase, download files,
open or review a support ticket, chat with a support analyst, review customer alerts, maintain your account,
make product suggestions, and enhance your skills through Sage University.
Organization is user friendly and logical. Downloads are listed by product versions and then by posting date.
Crystal Reports are listed by product, subject, and then alphabetically by title.
The Community tab on the menu bar reveals Discussion Forums where you can chat with other Sage customers.
Each Sage product also opens the door to Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, and Linked In when you select Social Media,
enabling you to share ideas and tips with other Sage customers.
