Coming Soon: Electronic Delivery of Software and Updates

In an effort to improve the customer experience and ensure updates are available quickly and upon demand, Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite will begin delivering products through electronic download means. Product updates and upgrades will be made available on the customer portal for customers for Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite. This delivery method will replace the shipment of new releases and upgrades via mail and will allow Sage Employer Solutions to quickly deliver new releases to our customers.

We will make the new website available on the customer portal this year. Stay tuned to future announcements for more information.

Sage Advisor Updates

In an effort to ensure product updates are available to you quickly and easily with little or no interaction, Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite are adding the ability to notify you of upcoming product and tax updates. This notification will determine any missing product updates and allow customers to directly install from Sage HRMS and Sage Abra Suite without the need to search the customer portal for the latest and greatest information. The feature will be delivered later this year for Sage HRMS customers and early next year for Sage Abra Suite customers.
